ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serve as a liaison between the software development team and project stakeholders to ensure that the project is aligned with user needs and business objectives.

• Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management. control of workflow

• Responsible for identifying problems and developing recommendations, as well as coordinating action with the project team and customer

• Create and deliver reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.

• Maintain our Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

• Work with stakeholders to define and document business processes.

• Convert requirements into workable Product Backlog Items (PBIs)

Basic Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or related field.

• 7+ years’ experience in a business analyst or related role.

• Experience in the Department of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.

• Knowledge of financial management principles.

• Experience consulting or delivering solutions to federal clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).

• General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements.

• Prior consulting experience with DoD or federal clients.

• Prior experience using Jira or ServiceNow.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active Interim Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time. 

• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
