Behavior Technician - Center Based (ABA)

Our dedicated staff provides essential support for our clients, focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help them communicate effectively and engage with their environment.

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

• Help create supportive environments that encourage positive behaviors.
• Teach valuable skills that assist individuals in communicating and functioning better.
• Implement behavior plans designed by behavior analysts to ensure consistency and monitor progress.
• Collect and analyze data to support the ongoing success of our clients.
• Work collaboratively with behavior analysts and team members to share insights and updates.
• Keep daily progress notes related to individual therapy.

Requirements

High School Diploma Required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience in ABA or working with individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred but not necessary.

Willingness to learn and receive training.
