Job Summary

Phantom AI is currently seeking a part-time IT Intern/Assistant to assist our IT Department

Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support

Required Qualifications

• Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major (preferred) 
• Experience using G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom
• Professionalism
• Punctuality
• Great communication skills
• Customer focused
• Organization
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
