What you do:
Work with business partners and important partners to identify, translate and provide consultation on business opportunities that result in improved operations controls and results across all lines of business. Assess the need for and recommend transaction controls and monitoring to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are upheld and business risks controlled.
Partner with more senior consultants on complex projects. May provide mentorship and coaching to less experienced consultants.
· Analyzes data gathered through intake work relating to compliance, legal, risk mitigation and/or controls (both financial and operational).
· Assesses operations technology, processes and procedures and recommends business improvement opportunities aligned with trends identified in areas of compliance, controls and risk management. Present recommendations to important partners, including senior leadership.
· Leads medium to large-scale projects within Enterprise Operations focused on mitigating risk by implementing business improvement solutions. Prepare and communicate to leaders (managers, directors, VPs) other partners related to control efforts and activities.
· Recommends and develops tools and resources to complete/monitor control related activities. Develop educational resources to increase employee knowledge of the Enterprise Operations control environment, and related activities/projects.
· Project manage efforts that stretch across multiple resources, including assigning tasks, tracking completion, and providing regular and accurate reporting of the progress.
What you bring:
· 4+ years’ experience required: relevant technical and business experience: audit, risk management, compliance, controls, or financial services
· Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience
