Summary
Perform a variety of routine maintenance functions in connection with the public housing properties owned by the Housing Authority (HA). Respond to work orders and maintenance emergencies at properties as needed. Proactively work with supervisor to execute and oversee repairs and contracts to maintain and improve HA properties. This position is one of two maintenance positions for a 110-unit apartment building and 37 scattered site single family homes.Invites to interview week of August 10
