Are you passionate about Supply Chain and eager to help clients navigate complex challenges at a leading management consulting firm?

Deloitte is looking for talented and experienced professionals to join our Sourcing & Procurement team in Sweden. As a market leader in consulting, we work with both global and local organizations on complex procurement transformations, including major digital procurement changes. Deloitte’s Sourcing & Procurement practice helps our clients imagine, deliver, and run their procurement operations to address tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities – providing a platform for generating critical insights, optimizing procurement processes, and automating procurement activities across the value chain.

As an experienced Sourcing & Procurement professional, you will be an integral part of innovative procurement transformation projects, working with some of the largest global enterprises as well as local Nordics companies. You will work directly with our customers to create and transform their procurement operations from assessments to hands-on implementation taking various roles and functions. Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, relating key business insights, driving client engagements, managing project delivery, and providing guidance to business leaders in navigating today’s age of digitalization.

We are looking to grow in the following areas: Procurement Transformation, Digital Procurement and Spend Management.

Qualifications

To succeed in these roles, you have a strategic mindset, strong customer focus and experience from procurement management and relevant procurement technologies in the Sourcing & Procurement domain (e.g. from SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP). Understanding customer requirements, procurement processes, end-to-end solutions, and organizational challenges is essential in these roles. We believe that you thrive in an international environment, have a broad experience and knowledge in several areas, are curious to learning and enjoy working team based.

• 2+ years of working experience from leading management consultant firm working as a consultant
• Relevant project experience from procurement transformation, digital procurement implementation projects, and spend reduction projects. We value industry knowledge and subject matter expertise
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams in projects or in line organization
• Ability to lead and direct interaction with clients primarily in client-facing roles
• Understanding of end-to-end business process, best practices, and latest industry trends
• Solid project and program management skills (advisory, strategy, presentation, problem solving, coordination) 
• Experience from leading Sourcing & Procurement solution providers such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP and similar is considered a merit
• Business sense, problem solving and analytical skills
• Professional level of English or Swedish in oral and written communication
• Travel flexibility
