Visiting Assistant Professor of Tuba and Euphonium

Description

The Greenwood School of Music seeks a highly qualified tuba and euphonium instructor to teach graduate pedagogy and literature courses, low brass methods, and overflow applied lessons for tuba and euphonium. Additional teaching assignments may be in chamber music, general education, or in an area of the candidate's expertise. This is a one-year, non-tenure track position, with possibility of renewal. This position is contingent upon available funding.

Salary: $44,000 with eligibility for Benefits as described on the OSU Human Resources webpage at http://hr.okstate.edu/. 

Qualifications

Master’s degree required. Experience teaching studio low brass at the university level, as well as chamber and orchestral performance experience desired.
