Your Career

You are self-motivated and have a deep interest in equity administration at a public company with complex global equity programs, fast learner, have the ability to understand and analyze the big picture of our function yet have eagle eye for details, have excellent organizational skills, drive operational excellence, and are an excellent team player Senior Analyst within our Global Equity Programs team. Our team supports Palo Alto Networks’ global equity programs: Restricted Stock Units, Performance Awards, and an amazing Employee Stock Purchase Plan! and our employees in over 60 countries…and we are continuing to grow! 

Your Impact

  • Support equity plans administration/operations - maintain Leave of Absence and Mobility data in the equity system of record - maintain timely and accurate funds flows for special Foreign Direct accounts for our China and Israel sub-plans
  • Learn and with time take on RSU releases, end to end
  • Support Tax and Accounting reporting for month, quarter, and year end activity, and ad hoc requests
  • Manage content for our team’s intranet page (LOOP) to ensure it is continuously up to date
  • Draft communications, FAQs, and materials (as necessary) to optimize employees’ understanding of our equity programs - Support communication efforts for ESPP open enrollment, purchase and post-purchase, and collaborate with organization of ESPP education sessions
  • Manage employee inquiries’ workflow to maintain or exceed service level agreements for response times; assign tickets to the team, as necessary
  • Contribute new ideas to help us innovate and transform existing programs/processes and introduce new programs, to enable a flexible, scalable and compliant global equity programs function at Palo Alto Networks
  • Willing to study/attain CEP certification (if not already attained) and learn other functional areas of our team to continuously expand your skill set and grow in your career

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent military experience req (recent graduates with a CEP designation are welcome to apply!) 
  • Motivated to learn equity administration function, ability to troubleshoot and/or analyze equity transaction issues arising from RSUs, PSUs, Stock Options, ESPP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, eagle eye for details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to adapt technical content into simple, clear and concise communications 
  • Ability to think outside of the box and contribute to our process improvements and innovation - status quo is your worst nightmare!
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with GSuite - ability to quickly learn different technologies
  • Certified Equity Professional (Level 3) designation preferred
  • Self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented, collaborative, and a great team player!
