About the role:
The Core GI franchise is comprised of four distinct market leading businesses - Biopsy, Dilation, Pulmonary and Enteral Feeding. Together, these business form what is amongst the most broad and highest volume franchises in the Endoscopy division. The Global Product Manager for Downstream Core GI will be involved in all aspects of building and executing the commercial strategy for these connected yet uniquely different businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Learn the clinical environment influencing the business, including the clinical procedure, the key decision makers, and business barriers and motivations.
- Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including with cross-functional team members, global marketing colleagues, field selling organization, and key opinion leaders.
- Develop and execute product launch plans including: developing product positioning, defining marketing messages and collateral, developing sales and physician education programs and training both domestic and international marketing and sales teams
- Contribute to the development of annual plans that clearly outline franchise objectives, strategies, tactics and activities. Execute specific projects and/or tactical plans to deliver profitable growth and maximize global market opportunities.
- Analyze sales trends and develop financial forecasts. Partner with Product Marketing Operations Manager and supply chain to develop demand plans.
- Conduct market research to identify unmet customer needs and product solution opportunities.
- Create solutions, in conjunction with sustaining engineering and quality teams, to optimize product performance in the field.
- Contribute to the identification and execution of a well-tailored self-development plan.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- A minimum of 4 years of successful related business experience
- Demonstrated record of success working in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as innovation, planning, and execution
- Ability to travel 30% mostly domestic with some international travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical device experience
- Sales experience or product management experience

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
