What You Will Do
Participate in the F135 Security mission, ensuring compliance with international program security requirements. Provide guidance and coordination for all requirements outlined in the U.S. Government approved Technology Control Plan. Work closely with F-35 Partner and FMS locations to develop and sustain compliant security programs with international security teams. Apply security and program-specific knowledge to effectively counsel and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Oversee a team conducting security inspections with multiple USG organizations and foreign governments, fostering continuous improvement in the security program.
Travel Required up to 25% including both domestic and international travel.
Qualifications You Must Have
Advanced degree and 7+ years of Industrial Security, Government (DoD), Regulatory Compliance, Military experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant industry or military experience.
Familiarization with NIST National Institute of Standards and Technology and experience with development and implementation of security standard operating procedures.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Advanced degree.
Active U.S DoD Security Clearance Secret level or higher.
Personnel management experience.
Experience / familiarity with the Department of Defense Manuals and Instructions.
Understanding of government contracts, security programs and regulations.
Understanding of U.S. import/export control regulations including Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Knowledge of or direct experience working with jet engine production or depot operations.
Understanding of continuous improvement principles and tools (CORE/ACE/Six Sigma/LEAN).

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
