Summary:

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and located at the Riley Outpatient Center, downtown Indianapolis. This position is responsible for helping support 34 providers by answering incoming calls, 5,000 calls on average a month, scheduling appointments, on average over 1,000 new patients a month, and other side tasks as needed. This is a very fast-paced position requiring attention to detail, multitasking, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Experience with Healthcare Registration/Front Office preferred.
  • Requires 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
