SGS GAS (Gas Analysis Services) have an exciting opportunity for a site instrumentation technician to join their growing team.  The successful candidate will complete service and calibration of gas analysers and gas analytical equipment. This is a full-time permanent positions reporting to the instrumentation manager

The core functions of this role is to support SGS GAS customers in the region by completion of site based gas analytical instrumentation activities

Job Description

  • Travel to customer sites in the designated region and surrounding area’s to complete routine and non-routine service and calibration of gas analytical instrumentation.
  • Complete detailed service reports and calibration logs of site based activities
  • Support the projects teams during the installation and commissioning of new systems.
  • Complete gas analysis testing using gas equipment on customer sites.
  • Completing routine maintenance on existing SGS GAS service contracts and site support during customer down situations.
  • On rare occasions provide support to overseas offices during service, installation or commissioning related activities

Qualifications

  • Instrumentation or Electrical qualification
  • Full clean drivers licence

This is a permanent full time role
