Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the execution of water infrastructure construction projects in the Baltimore area. This role is responsible for assisting with daily project operations, coordinating materials and subcontractors, and supporting successful project delivery. The position offers hands-on field experience and strong opportunities for growth within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of daily construction project activities
• Coordinate procurement of materials and manage subcontractor work packages
• Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and field coordination
• Maintain strong working relationships with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Support project documentation, reporting, and communication across teams
• Participate in both field and office-based project activities
• Assist in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Construction Engineering, or related field
• Experience working effectively in team-based environments
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Interest in water infrastructure construction and field-based project work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic jobsite environment
