Major Responsibilities:
· Maintain operating budget designated for specific purposes.
· Ensure proper classification of transactions and working with departments on adjustments.
· Prepare Payroll Accounting Adjustment, as needed, in coordination with local HR department and Sponsored Programs Office.
· Maintain gift funds by tracking appropriate expenses, billing the foundation, and process checks from the foundation.
· Serve as back up for compliance for non-grant related purchasing and travel expense compliance.
· Assist leadership with grant and college policy compliance. Review grant award contracts for accuracy.

Hiring Range:
· $42,000 - $48,000 annually based on experience
Work Hours:
· Typical business work hours, may be adjusted during peak times.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in related field with relative experience OR 2-4 years related experience.
· This is an in-person position at our campus in Evansville, IN. Remote work is not available.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience with higher education institution or not-for-profit organization.
