Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and execute product focused education initiatives to accelerate productivity across various job functions.

• Drive robust, impactful, and repeatable onboarding programs to ensure new hires are quickly ready to contribute effectively.

• Develop and manage role based, tenure based, and skills-based training programs to increase enablement across different roles.

• Partner with Sales Enablement, Kyriba leadership, and Product teams to create strategies, build plans, and set priorities for execution.

• Implement a global Knowledge Management program to share expertise and assets across the organization.

• Build and maintain relationships with different Kyriba teams (e.g., TechOps, Product, Client Experience) to determine training needs and solutions.

•Manage relationships with third-party vendors for skill-based training programs globally.

• Evaluate, recommend, and coordinate impactful third-party training programs for employee development.

• Direct a team of application Subject Matter Experts, Manage Kyriba Academy’s P&L, set priorities, monitor progress, and report results.

Additional Responsibilities                                  

•Ensure quality control through benchmarking global best practices.

•Lead as a Subject Matter Expert in training deployments throughout the ecosystem.

•Coordinate campaigns to maintain awareness of Kyriba’s new capabilities and their applications.

• Advise partners and internal team members through formal channels on product deployments and knowledge.

•Support the service of strategic partners with quarterly roadmap meetings.

•Supervise the operational priorities of the Kyriba Academy team

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Strong training background, with track record of delivering corporate programs for functionally focused audiences.

• Leadership: Self-directed with strong initiative, collaborative, Business Leadership Skills – Self-directed with strong initiative, ability to lead initiatives across lines of business, collaborative & team-oriented skills. Able to frame and confront issues and make tough decisions.

• Experience with content management, knowledge management platforms, functions, and processes.

•Ability to mentor and coach individuals to maximize performance.

• Communication Skills - Exceptionally strong communicator equally adept at communications strategy and execution.

• Influencing and Interpersonal Skills - Able to establish and build close working relationships. Strong personal credibility and counseling skills. Team-oriented planner and decision-maker. Able to creatively drive consensus.

• 8-10 years of Kyriba Application knowledge, application software development, services, and management experience.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing direct-report teams and cross-functional/virtual teams.

• Demonstrated success in development and delivery of education strategies to functional audiences (internal and/or external facing).

•2-5 years’ Experience in Kyriba implementations.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred.

Base compensation for this role is: $163,000.00 - $206,275.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
