Job Summary
Responsible for campaign execution and management to grow eCommerce sales and revenue, focusing both on new customer acquisition and existing customer cross-sell/add-ons. generating add-ons for new and existing customers. Develop compelling marketing materials around digital promotions and offers to maximize engagement and conversion with consistent merchandising from offsite to onsite. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Comfortable working in areas of digital production / web content management / content strategy ideation, leveraging skill sets associated with project management with a healthy emphasis on speed to market.
- Manage day to day improvements to offer presentment and execution of content changes to support ecommerce sales, merchandising campaigns, go-to-market product launches, and testing strategies.
- Prepare analysis of sales forecasts, sales reports, and analysis of variances versus budget forecast. Report out on offer strategy and campaign sales performance.
- Partner closely with user experience, divisions, and product teams to keep ecommerce content relevant and engaging.
- Able to balance multiple priorities, dealing with 6-12 projects at once on various timelines (i.e. quick asks that take 1-3 days balanced with longer-lead timelines of 2-4+ weeks)
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
