The Role

Join the Bo+Tee Pop-Up in Los Angeles!
Bo+Tee, the activewear brand loved worldwide, is launching a one-month retail pop-up in LA and we’re looking for a driven, energetic Store Manager to lead the experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, motivate your team, and deliver an unforgettable customer journey that embodies the Bo+Tee lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the pop-up store.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of brand ambassadors to hit sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Bo+Tee brand.
• Manage stock, inventory, visual merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.
• Act as the main point of contact with corporate teams, ensuring smooth execution of brand standards.

Skills & Requirements

• 1-2+ years of retail management experience (pop-up or fast-paced fashion preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt in a high-energy environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. (must be based in LA)
• Passion for Bo+Tee and an activewear lifestyle.
