We believe in the power of people and the long-term competitive advantage that can be derived from helping our employees achieve their fullest potential.</p> <p><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></p> <p>Exciting opportunity for an impactful role, one in which you will enjoy considerable autonomy and variety.&nbsp; As the Manufacturing Engineer, you lead continuous improvement projects related to composite production with respect to safety, quality, cost, manufacturability, deliver, and customer value.&nbsp; As a technical liaison between departments such as Project Planning, Project Engineers, Quality, etc. (occasions with suppliers and customers) in their daily work to help resolve operation issues.&nbsp; The role also helps to integrate new products into serial production, with focus on controlling cost and ensuring high product quality.&nbsp;</p> <p style="line-height: 107%;"><strong>What you get to do!</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own hardware from concept generation to real world use</li> <li>Use first principles physics as a basis when needed</li> <li>Use prior examples, previous experience as a basis when appropriate</li> <li>Lead design reviews, run analysis, visit vendors, define and execute hardware test plans</li> <li>Build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition successful projects into production</li> <li>Identify sources of waste and implement strategies to minimize defects</li> <li>Support critical hardware demonstrations with customers as needed</li> <li>Travel to installation sites as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will bring to the Team</strong>&
