THE JOB:

Join our dynamic entertainment team as an Audio Technician, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality sound for live performances and events. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio equipment, including microphones, mixers, amplifiers, and speakers, ensuring clear, balanced sound throughout the venue. Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver seamless audio experiences. Your expertise will enhance the overall audience experience, maintaining high standards of sound quality and operational efficiency.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $34.80

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Run audio, operating and troubleshooting audio, RF, and video for performances, training, and maintenance

• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment for timely repair of audio and Lighting system equipment

• Maintain a safe working environment at all times by conforming to all established safety policies and procedures; participate in all required safety classes and emergency rescue procedure training

• Maintain a flexible schedule for work calls, special events, rehearsal/training, maintenance and performances

• Develop thorough knowledge of all audio, lighting and video equipment specific to the production in order to operate equipment safely

• Participate in special event projects like slot tournaments and private events

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education

• 3+ years of prior relevant experience as an Entertainment Technician

• Proficient in repairing audio, RF, video, and operation of Midas consoles and Yamaha consoles

• Basic knowledge of computer software and technology

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

• Entertainment or touring background of concert, theater, or Cirque de Soleil
