Associate Enginner - Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in product development activities and take direction from a Senior level engineer or manager.

• Utilize best-in-class tools to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

• Participate in delivering engineering services including 2D drafting, 3D modeling, design, testing, and/or analysis.

• Work alongside peers to drive innovative design solutions.

• Complete engineering services projects in a timely, thorough, and accurate manner.

• Support customers at various locations across the US

Required Skills:

• Understand and apply principles, concepts, theories, technologies and standards of the Product Engineering Field.

• Able to prioritize and work on multiple projects

• Ability to prepare and understand single line diagrams and load list

• Ability to prep electrical equipment specifications and data sheet

• Ability to work under general direction

• Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of customer needs to the solution.

• Ability to interpret electrical drawing specifications and electrical component datasheets

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD

 

  Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal

• "Hands-on” experience with projects or in labs

• Awareness of various international codes such as IS, IEC, IEEE, and NEC

Location: Remote

Education: Bachelor’s or master's degree in electrical engineering

Experience Required: Entry Level
