Our Maintenance Staff plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our club’s facilities. We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated full-time Maintenance Staff member to join our team at The Club at Weston Hills Golf Club.

As a Maintenance Staff member, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that ensure the general upkeep and repair of the club’s facilities, both inside and out. Your role will involve performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical work, building repairs, painting, power washing, and general facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of all building systems and structures.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing faucets, fixing leaks, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring proper functioning of all systems.
• Maintain the club's infrastructure by performing carpentry work, drywall repairs, and other building repairs.
• Oversee interior and exterior painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to club standards.
• Power wash building exteriors, walkways, and other surfaces to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance as needed, including cleaning, organizing, and supporting other departments.
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment, performing basic maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Follow all safety procedures and club policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience and skill in plumbing, electrical work, general building repair, painting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair general facility systems and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to maintenance work.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
