Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBLITIES
- Responsible for onsite administrative tasks
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Set up meetings, order supplies, accept packages and greet guests
- Support team through various tasks of organization and administration
- Organize meeting lunches
- Assist with organizing team building events
- Light site-specific accounting tasks
- Run credit cards for online orders
- code and upload payables
- Print and file invoices
- Act as inside sales support across the division
- Basic Sales order entry
- Maintain QC documentation from vendors and 3rd parties
- Electronically organize and file test reports
- Support warehouse data management
- Inventory bin transfers.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and action-oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines and remain focused while managing multiple priorities and projects
- Ability and knowledge to work with the Microsoft suite of office products
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of team
- Strong orientation to client and internal and external customer needs
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is an office position associated with a warehouse facility. The employee must be able to correctly wear and use any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the employer when in the manufacturing area.
