Job summary: 

S&S Activewear is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will participate in the development and implementation of project management processes and tools, collaborating cross-functionally across the enterprise and with external partners to drive transformative initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance and growth. This role reports to the PMO Director and offers an exciting opportunity to shape best practices and contribute to key strategic initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement project plans, including schedules and resources, to achieve project objectives.
• Lead and manage multiple projects/strategic initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as needed.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status, and retrospective meetings, and document meeting minutes and action items.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices.
• Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP or similar certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong skills with MS Office Suite and project management software (experience with Asana, Smartsheet, and/or similar PM tools is desi
