Senior Manager Contracts

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional contracts managers and senior ICs
• Own regional contract KPIs and risk profiles
• Drive process and policy improvements
• Serve as escalation authority for complex negotiations
• Partner with regional Legal and Finance leadership
• Ensure compliance with global contracting standards

Required Skills

• Executive contract drafting and negotiation oversight
• Strong Excel fluency for performance and risk analysis
• Strategic and operational leadership capability

Experience

• 8–11 years of experience in contracts or commercial leadership
• 3+ years leading teams or managers
• Must have CRO experience
