Sales Support Specialist GTR

Position Purpose:
 

You will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Finance Teams including but not limited to supervising the Sales and Trade Marketing budget to ensure investments are accurately categorized and reported, ensuring all Purchase Requisitions (PR), Good Receipts (GR), and manual purchasing (PPO) activities are handled promptly, as well supporting specific sales admin activities, like IPA (Indirect Price Allowances) and WBS (Working Budget Structure) maintenance.

 

What will you do – responsibilities:
 

• Monitor actual bookings:
  Enter monthly budget allocation and PO information. Input actual SAP bookings and secure all entries and commitments that are in line with the budget including phasing. Build and distribute reports, and prepare actual/forecast variance
• Handle Marketing Allowance PRs, GRs, and Proof of Performance:
  Build PRs in line with budget availability. and follow up on receipt of Proof of performance. Maintain timely GR input and PO cleaning.  Collect and file Proof of Performance. Follow up on vendor creation forms and payment issues
• Support for Sales related budget PRs and GRs (Logistic, Sales allowances, etc.):
  Build PRs in line with budget availability. and follow up on receipt of Proof of performance. Maintain timely GR input and PO cleaning. Collect and file Proof of Performance. Follow up on vendor creation forms and payment issues
• Business support:
  Support for the WBS (Working Budget Structure) maintenance and IPA (Indirect Price Allowances) calculation and maintenance, working closely with the Finance Team

Who are we looking for – requirements:
 

• 1-2 years of experience in Budget coordination or Administration
• Proficient in English
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications, advanced level of Excel knowledge
• SAP or any ERP system knowledge is an advantage
• Extensive organizational skills
• Strong people and communication skills
• Ability to work simultaneously on several projects
