The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for managing a wide range of legal matters, contracts, regulatory compliance and mitigating legal risks. Leading a small sub-team of legal experts (x3) and reporting to our General Counsel Lead, the Senior Legal Counsel holds a a deep understanding of the industry, strong legal acumen and the ability to drive strategic legal initiatives.</p><p></p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Drive and monitor implementation of Global Legal &amp; Compliance strategy</li><li>Deliver legal advice to functional, local and regional leaders, business partners as well as other support functions</li><li>Advise on legal &amp; compliance aspects related to implementation of new products</li><li>Drive effective implementation of legal &amp; compliance guidelines, procedures and controls</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.</li><li>Guide use of standard contract templates</li><li>Deliver legal &amp; compliance trainings</li><li>Manage local corporate administrative activities, including authorization of representatives, board changes, business licenses, notarization/legalization</li></ul><p></p><p>You have:</p><ul><li>A Law degree (LL.B, LL.M, foreign qualified lawyer etc.)</li><li>4+ years of relevant professional experience in an international law firm or legal department of an internationally operating B2B company</li><li>Relevant knowledge in the field of IP/IT law, economic and general contract law</li><li>Solid experience in processing of English-language and international contracts</li><li>Sound experience in the area of antitrust law advantageous</li><li>Interest in economic and technical, in particular IT topics</li><li>Fluent English language skills and experience in drafting English language legal documentation</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-Hybrid</p><p></p><p></p><p>We are an ethical and honest company that is wholly committed to its clients and employees.
