• Medication Reminders: Provide gentle reminders for self-administered medications.
• Health Monitoring: Observe, report, and document client health to ensure the highest level of care.
• Home Environment: Keep the client's home clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Emergency Response: Be ready to recognize and act in emergencies, ensuring client safety at all times.
