- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Lead product discovery spearheading efforts to identify new opportunities that align with customer needs and market trends
- Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather valuable insights and validate product concepts
- Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps informed by comprehensive user research, journey mapping, and market analysis
- Anticipate and plan for the upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Analyze metrics and leverage data analytics to assess product performance throughout the development life cycle
- Use insights to make informed decisions, take calculated risks, and adapt strategies as needed
- Champion agile practices and methodologies, ensuring a flexible and iterative approach to product development
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition
- Craft detailed requirements, epics, and user stories that clearly articulate the product vision and guide development teams
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting user research, journey mapping, and market analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
- Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility across senior stakeholders, lines of business, and functions
- Established track record of delivering results in a complex environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – specifically, Excel & PowerPoint
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Bachelor’s degree
- Display understanding of agile product development lifecycle
- Exhibit thought leadership and innovative thinking
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile Methodologies
- Be results-oriented with a strong attention to detail
