The Role

We're seeking a visionary Senior Software Engineer to join our AI Innovation Studio. In this role, you'll lead the charge in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions

What You'll Do

• Spearhead the development of LLM-powered solutions, from concept to production
• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems
• Drive innovation in user experience, leveraging conversational AI and advanced UI/UX principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver groundbreaking AI products
• Stay at the cutting edge of AI and software engineering trends, continuously bringing new ideas to the team

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
• Proven track record of delivering complex, AI-driven products
• Deep expertise in Python and modern web technologies
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents
• Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences with AI
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Technical Skills REQUIRED

• Backend: Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django), AsyncIO, RESTful APIs, GraphQL
• Databases: Experience with relational and vector databases
• AI/ML: Familiarity with LLM APIs, LLM prompting techniques and agentic patterns
• Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Next.js knowledge is a strong plus

The salary range for this position is $76,119.00 - $163,976.90

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
