WORK, PLAY, AND ENJOY THE ART OF ARTISINAL PIZZA MAKING AT HAWT PIZZA!Full-time Hourly Position ranging from $17.00-$18.00 DOE plus tips.Located in Santa Fe, NM. Working out of "Hawt Pizza" Kitchen at Hotel Chimayo.
Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Prep food for the day/week
- Make dough
- Stretch dough, top pizzas, cook finish and serve pizzas
- Clean kitchen and work areas to a high standard (small space)
- Manage a wood fired oven
- Take inventory and rotate product

Requirements
- Wood Fired pizza skills preferred, pizza making skills a must
- Must have kitchen hustle, no slackers
- Must take pride in your work
- Must be dependable
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be able to work shifts alone at times
- Must be professional in attitude, appearance and work ethic
- Basic kitchen knowledge and fundamentals required
