As business owners of the group wide financial analysis tool, we ensure its continuous development, data i... 1 Specialist (all genders) CtB Rating &amp; Financials&nbsp;&nbsp;* Location:Wien<br> * Working hours:Full-time<br> * Occupational Area:Risikomanagement<br> * Company:Erste Group Bank AG<br><br>Your Responsibilities<br>As a specialist in the CtB stream, you will actively contribute to Change the Bank initiatives and projects by supporting the transformation of rating and financial analysis processes across Erste Group.<br>You will:<br><br> * Drive automation and digitalization of rating and financial analysis workflows<br> * Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of rating models, particularly for Corporate and Specialized Lending portfolios<br> * Work closely with risk, IT, model development and business stakeholders across the Group<br> * Challenge existing processes and help transform manual steps into efficient and scalable solutions by leveraging AI-based technologies<br> * Support the ongoing development and usability of the financial analysis system<br><br>Your Profile<br> * Relevant professional experience in banking, credit risk or financial analysis, with a solid understanding of financial statements<br> * Curious, proactive and open to change, with a strong "try &amp; improve" mindset<br> * Interest in automation, digitalization and process optimization (experience is an advantage but mindset is key)<br> * Motivation to work collaboratively in cross functional and international teams<br> * Solid foundation in accounting or finance (e.g. Master's degree in economics, finance or a related field)<br> * Clear and confident communication skills and comfort in driving topics forward<br> * Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage<br> * Experience with IT coordination, testing, databases or basic programming concepts is beneficial<br> * Strong team spirit and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different functions, age groups and experience levels<br><br>Our Offer<br> * Discover and enjoy the <a href="https://www.erstegroup.com/en/career/benefits" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.erstegroup.com/en/career/benefits</a> of Erste Group<br> * The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 55.176,52 gross per year.
