Procurement Analyst - Senior Executive

<p>The Procurement &amp; Compliance Officer will work within the Finance Team of Corporate Services and will play a vital role in the area of compliance, and procurement in the overall Finance Team. This role will report into the Head of Finance and will hold the responsibility for key corporate governance tasks within the Finance Team</p> <ul><li>Receive Purchase Requisitions (PRs) notification in the central inbox;</li><li>Review PR against a defined set of criteria and datasets to validate;</li><li>Forward PR email notification to the right procurement approver;</li><li>MI and reporting, including;</li><li>KPIs tracking, including handling time, taxonomy corrections, etc.;</li><li>Review buying request forms (BRF) in Assyst against policy criteria;</li><li>Load the BRF details to Coupa (using all details provided in the BRF);</li><li>Create initial supplier records in Coupa (using details provided in the supplier form);</li><li>Check and approve Create New Vendor / Extend Vendor requests;</li><li>Manage the Procurement Mailbox.</li></ul> <ul><li>Prior experience in Procurement;</li><li>Experience in Interaction with the client, both over e-mails and conference calls as necessary;</li><li>Experience in interaction with Vendors as necessary;</li><li>High level of Customer Service and Quality Orientation;</li><li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal.</li></ul> <p></p> EXL (Nasdaq: EXLS) is a leading data analytics and digital operations and solutions company.
