Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to work on our Government line of business. This role involves deep engagement with high-stakes areas such as malware analysis, forensic analysis, and other classified sectors. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Chief Product Officer, the wider executive team, and the Government Line of Business Owner.

Corellium’s flagship product is designed from ground-up for Mobile Security Researchers, particularly for government agencies and defense contractors, to find vulnerabilities in mobile OS’ and apps using our highly specialized tools. This is the area you’ll be focusing on.

In this role, you'll contribute to our product strategy and roadmap by developing a deep understanding of our users and the market landscape; as well as become a source of truth on what our customers need and want, what frustrates them, and how we can deliver value above and beyond their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execution Leadership:
• Help develop and articulate clear vision and direction for the Government product line and work with your squad in execution this vision.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary squad, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align product strategy with broader organizational goals.
2. Decision Making:
• Make informed, principled decisions that balance technical challenges with business objectives.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, crafting strategies to address them effectively.
3. Product Documentation:
• Create comprehensive feature requirement documents with a focus on clarity and innovation.
• Employ a creative and diligent approach to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
4. Communication and Reporting:
• Maintain high standards of organization in reporting and sharing progress with stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate product developments, challenges, and milestones across teams and to executive leadership.

Essential Qualifications:

• Engineering Background: Must possess a strong foundation in engineering, with an understanding of technical complexities specific to cybersecurity and virtualization technologies.

• Experience: Proven track record of success in product management, preferably in technology or cybersecurity domains. Experience working in B2G companies, with government clients or on government-related projects is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and vision.
• Decision Making: Strong ability to make principled, opinionated decisions under pressure.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both in written documentation and verbal interactions.
• Organizational Skills: Adept at organizing complex information and reporting it effectively to various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape, particularly in areas related to malware and forensic analysis.
• Familiarity with security research for iOS and Android, including concepts like system tracing, kernel hooks and Frida scripting.
• Experience in working with classified information and understanding the related protocols and sensitivities.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, building effective relationships across teams.

Location:

While you can choose to work on-site in our Florida HQ in Delray Beach or remotely, you must be based in a time zone within a few hours delta of EST to work effectively with the wider team. Expected travel under 5%.
