As a Overnight Residence Manager, you will work directly with our developmentally disabled adults in their homes, supporting them in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.

You will be joining a passionate community of professionals and staff who support each other in a diverse and rewarding work culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the overnight operation of the residence including monitoring staff assignments
• Ensure all documentation is completed and filed correctly
• Provide support, instruction, and written plans to ensure residents are living in a safe and nurturing environment

What We Require:

• Associates Degree in Human Services field plus 3 years experience with OPWDD Regulations OR Bachelor's degree with at least one year experience in Group Home Management
• New York State Driver’s License required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
