Internship: Customer Development Marketing 

 

What can you expect during your internship? 

You will be working in the Customer Development Marketing Team, which is the heart of our customer marketing programmes. You will be planning, executing and evaluating marketing campaigns that will be in line with the customer lifecycle and trigger different customer segments. From the idea to the end of the campaign, you will work with different stakeholders, such as our Marketing Budget & Planning Team, Media Production Center, Onsite Operations and Business Intelligence. 

 

Your responsibilities 

• Campaign planning, development and execution in line with the customer lifecycle 
• Preparing and presenting campaign results 
• Focusing on the experience and success of current/lapsing customers 
• Enhancing our current customer loyalty program (project) 

 

Your profile 

• 3rd year Bachelor student with an education in the area of: Marketing 
• Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written. Other language skills such as Dutch or German would be a distinct advantage 
• Fulltime available from September 2024 
• Duration of the internship: approximately 4-6 months
