<p><strong>Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) – ADAM Audio GmbH</strong></p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Remote &amp; Berlin Office (Hybrid Working)</p><p><strong>Term: </strong>Full-time, Permanent</p><p><strong>Salary: </strong>Depending on professional experience</p><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p><p>In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to develop industry-leading monitoring solutions tailored for musicians, producers, and audio professionals.</p><p>As a pivotal figure in our Product Team, in this diverse role you will work across the entire spectrum from design strategy through to research, prototyping, and the delivery of pixel-perfect designs for both hardware and software interfaces. Your efforts will result in providing our users with a modern, and seamless user experience in the studio.</p><p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><ul> <li>Developing long-term design strategies and establishing a design system that unifies our product portfolio and strengthens our competitive identity,</li> <li>Gathering and transforming both qualitative and quantitative data into clear communicable artefacts that represent our customers and their needs,</li> <li>Working on software and hardware products across the development lifecycle, from zero-to-one to end of life and adapting your techniques accordingly,</li> <li>In the digital realm, conceptualizing designs using wireframes and interactive prototypes, and refining these designs through iterative methodologies that balance cost, value and time to market,</li> <li>Collaborating with external Industrial Designers in the physical domain to ensure their concepts align with customer needs, and working alongside our mechanical engineers to prototype and test designs,</li> <li>Liaising with Product Management to convert designs into prioritized, actionable requirements, and coordinating with the Development Team to realize your design vision.</li> </ul><p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><ul> <li>A proven track record (5+ years) in both digital and hardware product design, including experience within the audio sector, demonstrated through an exceptional portfolio,</li> <li>Skilled in designing cost-effective solutions for entry-level products, performance-driven designs for high-end offerings, and balancing both for mainstream products,</li> <li>Proficient in designing for various platforms while ensuring consistency across the product range,</li> <li>A basic understanding across studio workflows, mechanical design, acoustics, electronics design and software,</li> <li>A connection with the audio community, whether as a musician, recording engineer, or an enthusiast of audio,</li> <li>A permanent location preferably in Berlin, Germany, or in proximity to an international European airport – a must have is the eligibility to work in the EU,</li> <li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken - we are an international company, so German is a bonus, not mandatory.</li> </ul><p></p><p>Let us know what you’d bring to this role, and why you’d be a great fit for the team.</p><p>We look forward to receiving your application!</p><p><strong>About us</strong></p><p>ADAM Audio GmbH is a rapidly growing, internationally positioned Focusrite AG company based in Berlin Adlershof.</p><p>We are one of the market-leading manufacturers of professional monitoring solutions.
