SR FULLSTACK DEVELOPER

• Lead the design and development of robust backend services using Node.js and Java.

Architect and optimize solutions deployed in GCP and AWS .

Design and maintain relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centric web applications.

Support frontend initiatives using React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.

Develop and integrate APIs with Express and Prisma to support high-performance data flow.

Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through monitoring, testing, and optimization.

Mentor mid-level and junior developers, fostering technical growth and code quality standards.

Participate in sprint planning, architectural reviews, and long-term product roadmap discussions.

Champion engineering excellence and continuous improvement in tools, processes, and culture.

Requisitos

Hard Skills

• Node.js and Java (more focused in Node.js)

GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

PostgreSQL.

AWS and DynamoDB .

React, TypeScript.

GraphQL, Prisma, and Express (nice to have).

Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud infrastructure.

Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Software Engineer.

• Strong expertise in Node.js and Java backend development, more focused in Node.js.

• Proven experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and PostgreSQL.

• Hands-on experience with AWS and DynamoDB .

• Strong Familiarity with React, TypeScript.

• Familiarity with GraphQL, Prisma, and Express (nice to have).

• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud infrastructure.

• Strong database design, query optimization, and performance tuning skills.

• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in agile environments with a focus on delivery, scalability, and quality.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
