Ashion is a CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited sequencing lab based in Phoenix, Arizona with the genomics testing capabilities necessary to address the increasingly complex needs of clinical, academic, and biopharma customers focused on precision cancer treatments.</p><p></p><p>The company is based in the United States, with International headquarters in Zug, Switzerland. </p><p></p><p><b>Position Summary</b></p><p>The Senior Medical Manager, Poland at Exact Sciences works closely with the International Headquarters to deliver medical affairs activities in Poland and potentially other EMEA geographies.</p><p></p><p>The role crucially supports the cross functional team in Poland by providing medical <span>information/education</span> through scientific exchange in a fair-balanced manner to healthcare professionals and medical thought leaders, initially in breast cancer with the potential to expand to other tumor types, as needed. </p><p></p><p>The role will also include the support of R&amp;D, RWE and ISTs in the development of genomic assays that lead to improved treatment decisions for oncology patients.</p><p></p><p>This position requires professionals with established personal and scientific creditability to interact with thought leaders and centers of excellence.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Essential Duties</b></p><ul><li>Identify local national/regional thought leaders in breast cancer and develop/maintain scientific relationships with them (Poland focus).</li><li>Support the delivery of the medical affairs strategy for Poland and potentially other EMEA countries.</li><li>Identify data gaps in clinical utility warranting further investment in studies executed through medical affairs; act as a contact for investigators interested in developing and performing studies with the company’s commercially available assays across the region.</li><li>Deliver national/regional advisory boards when external advice is needed.</li><li>Provide clinical presentations and information in response to unsolicited questions, as appropriate, in academic, community, and health
