Young Talents Summer Internship Programme - HR

Are you passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment? We are excited to announce our Summer Internship Programme in HR.

Dentons is the world's largest law firm, renowned for its commitment to delivering innovative legal solutions to clients around the globe. With offices in over 160 countries and a team of legal professionals dedicated to excellence, Dentons offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment. 

As an Intern in this field, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the research, collection, and analysis of HR processes and data across Europe. You will work closely with our HR team to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough research and analysis of HR processes and data across various European regions.
• Reporting and preparing presentations.
• Providing support in process improvements and standardization efforts.
• Participating in the Talent Transformation project, where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization's talent management strategies.

This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to HR, process optimization, and project management. You will gain insights into the complexities of HR operations on a European scale while working alongside experienced professionals.

Requirements

• Students - preferably 3rd to 5th year student.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for HR and talent development.
