Senior DevOps Engineer

 

 Senior DevOps Engineer

You will help build and support the cloud infrastructure for the world's best digital operations platforms for restaurants.

What you will do:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.

• Optimize cloud resources for cost-effectiveness and performance.

• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities across all environments.

• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

• Implement and manage WAF for application protection.

• Conduct security assessments and implement security best practices.

• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, identifying optimization opportunities.

• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response procedures.

What you will need to have:

• 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.

• Expert-level AWS knowledge including EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation.

• Advanced Terraform experience for infrastructure provisioning and management.

• Proficiency with GitHub Actions for building CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of web application firewalls.

• Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)

• Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic, or similar)

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, DNS, and load balancing

• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks

What would be great will be great to have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering

• Experience with Fastly CDN configuration and optimization.
• Experience with database administration and optimization.

 

How you will work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range

$128,000.00 - $216,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
