About the role
– processing technical requests from customers and internal teams;
– supporting Linux servers based on Ubuntu, Debian and CentOS;
– using Linux terminal commands for basic and intermediate troubleshooting;
– diagnosing server hardware, software and network issues;
– checking monitoring alerts and escalating critical incidents when needed;
– analyzing logs and system information to understand the cause of a problem;
– assisting with server administration tasks;
– working with hosting, cloud and infrastructure-related tools;
