Pay Rate: $14–$17 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Sunday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, patient, and attentive caregiver to support a female client in Exton, PA. This role is ideal for caregivers who are experienced with dementia care, fall prevention, and hands-on personal assistance, while still encouraging independence in a safe way.
This is a high-attention, safety-focused position with a structured daily routine.
Client Care Needs & Responsibilities
Client is a high fall risk
⚠️ Caregiver must stay within arm’s reach during ALL ambulation
Client must use a walker when outside of the home
Early-stage dementia
Requires cueing for ALL tasks, including:
Personal care
Eating meals
Medication reminders
Assist with hands-on support due to shaky hands:
Bringing coffee, food, and tea from kitchen to table or couch
Ensure client’s hearing aid is charging overnight
Notify office if hearing aid is not charging
Client wears glasses – ensure they are accessible
Allow and encourage quiet time for reading
Client loves to read independently
Caregiver must remain nearby and observant in case client attempts to stand suddenly
Complete daily PT/OT exercises
Instructions provided on the kitchen table
Medication reminder every morning after breakfast
NO use of client’s computer
NO walks between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
Meal deliveries arrive during this time
Before leaving each shift:
✔ Ensure client is wearing her Life Alert necklace

Qualifications
Experience with dementia care preferred
Experience assisting fall-risk clients strongly preferred
Ability to provide hands-on personal care
Patient, attentive, and safety-focused
Reliable transportation
Must be able to follow a structured care plan
