IT Concepts Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Full Stack Developer Project Lead (TS/SCI Required) to support our Defense Intelligence client in Washington, D.C.

IT Concepts Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Developer Project Lead in support of our Defense Intelligence client in Washington, D.C. area. The ideal candidate will bring experience in multiple development technologies and methodologies as well as strong process transformation skills to enhance the teams' capabilities. Relevant experience for this role may include any or all of the following: project or program management, hands-on technological experience, software development, cloud engineering, management consulting, and technology research.

We are looking for a flexible lead software engineer who has lead COTS and GOTS implementations and/or software development projects for the federal government, is comfortable developing in multiple languages, experienced on both front and backend, comfortable with microservices, and API development. This role requires you to be familiar with Agile development, run multiple Scrum teams, perform code review, and mentor junior developers. We prefer candidates who are unafraid to tackle new technologies and stretch their competencies to areas of development that they may not have encountered before.

Requirements

• BS/BA with 10+ years of web development experience and 5+ years as a project lead

• Experience in developing and deploying complex IT systems across multiple security domains
• Recent Project Management experience in the IT arena
• High proficiency in relational and non-relational databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Dynamo, Postgres, and MongoDB, etc., to include schema design, data definition, and advanced queries.
• Ability to design custom ETL processes for multiple data feeds in multiple formats, including file drop, REST feeds, messaging feeds, and direct database ingest.
• Experience with multiple languages to include Java/SpringBoot, Python, and JavaScript, React
• Microservice based architecture using Python (FastApi), Node, Java Spring Boot, etc.
• Familiarity with AWS/C2S deployment
• Excellent customer communication skills, ability to present complex solutions in a manner understandable by non-technical people.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with the ability to present technical data and approaches to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of different types of HR IT solutions available in the market and how to apply them to solve business needs
• Meet DOD 8570 certification requirements

Clearance:

• Must have an active DOD TS/SCI clearance with CI poly or the ability to get a CI polygraph
