Dealing with customs processes on behalf of our DSV customers has long been part of our business. However, to support our growth strategy we wish to meet our large customers’ needs for solving their needs and challenges in the space of Customs brokerage.</span><span> </span></p> <p><span>As your team will work closely with IT product development, customs operational teams and business stakeholders to adapt business needs and requirements into the new solutions.</span><span> </span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span><em><strong>“A customer focus and delivering on promised value creation takes team effort and collaboration across all DSV countries. In close collaboration with and as an essential support to senior staff in our global commercial organization, you will be in touch with customers and colleagues around the world to drive continuous improvement and innovation of our Customs marketing function. As such supporting operational excellence of our Customs products and bringing added value from their role to our customers’ supply chains.</span><span> </span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span>This also means that a large part of your role will be customer-facing as well as have a high level of interaction with internal stakeholders in DSV as you:</span><span> </span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span>Help set and advise on the commercial strategy for Customs services for large clients.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><span>Help design the global commercial product and service catalogue for Customs services.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><span>Contribute to RFI and RFQ processes in the field of Customs capabilities. </span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><span>Have review meetings with the customers to follow up on agreed KPIs, performance and business-related improvement points of our services.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><span>Work with global Customs operations leads to ensure operational excellence worldwide. </span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><span>Drive continuous improvement and performance management, involving both relevant Group functions and country stakeholders – sometimes as a participant in or as manager of improvement projects</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span>Logistics profile with a flair for customer interaction</span><span> </span></p> <p><span>Most likely, you have a background in customs operations or sales with a degree in logistics, business, transport or shipping and ideally, you have experience with the operational customs side of logistics or consultancy in a customer-facing role.
