We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Member Service Representative (MSR) to support our Agronomy, Grain, and Feed divisions. This role is critical in ensuring accurate record-keeping, exceptional customer service, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The MSR will serve as the first point of contact for members, providing timely assistance and promoting cooperative programs—especially during seasonal rush periods.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Greet and assist members in person and via phone.
  • Accurately process orders for agronomy, grain, and feed products.
  • Provide product information and promote cooperative programs.

Order & Record Management

  • Prepare and maintain accurate work orders and transaction records.
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of member requests.
  • Maintain retail pricing and inventory accuracy.

Seasonal Rush Administrative Duties

  • Manage high-volume grain scale tickets and agronomy work orders during peak seasons.
  • Reconcile daily grain settlements and agronomy billing promptly.
  • Track inbound and outbound grain shipments and verify weights.
  • Assist with scheduling fertilizer, chemical, and seed applications during spring and fall rush.
  • Ensure timely communication with operations teams to avoid delays.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Support audits and quality assurance programs (FDA, HACCP).
  • Participate in safety training and maintain a safe work environment.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with division managers and team members to optimize efficiency.
  • Assist with reporting and documentation for compliance and risk management.

Qualifications


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially under seasonal pressure.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of agronomy, grain, and feed operations preferred.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to cooperative systems and processes.
