We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team at marta. Your Role in our team

• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver features for our web and mobile applications.
• Evaluate and decide on the appropriate balance between writing clean code and shippable code, based on project urgency and deadlines.
• Lead the development and maintenance of our React Native and React applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Optimize code for efficiency, ensuring minimal redundancy and maximal performance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with React Native and React, including TypeScript, and related data fetching and state management libraries (e.g. TanStack Query, Redux).
• Experience with Next.js, both App and Pages router, is highly desirable.
• Proficient in writing and maintaining unit tests and snapshot tests to ensure code reliability and quality (e.g. react-testing-library, jest).
• Hands-on experience with native build tools like XCode and Android Studio.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest front-end development technologies and trends.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
