As a Dietary Supervisor, you will lead the dietary team and ensure that our skilled nursing and rehabilitative care residents have a high-quality dining experience.

Full-time, (5) day per week work schedule, between Monday-Sunday.
Additional compensation includes:

Position Summary: The Dietary Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Manager for Healthcare Services in the direct operation of the dietary department including developing dietary employee performance skills and assuring proper nutritional support of the residents. This position reports to the Food and Beverage Manager for Healthcare Services.
- Supervises dietary staff in set up and serving of meals in the Healthcare Center dining room and assisted dining room.
- Assists in ensuring that initial nutritional screening is provided to facility residents and that such screening is documented in their medical records.
- Provides proper customer service to residents and their families or guests.
- Oversees the thorough job training for Healthcare Dietary Personnel.
- Maintains healthcare objectives, standards, infection control and sanitation practices.
