This position requires access to customer data.  Must be a U.S. citizen; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role. 

All internals must have manager’s approval to transfer.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

 

• Provides assistance to the finance staff and gain valuable exposure in a number of areas including:
• Financial analysis and tracking of financial results
• Analyze and gather data for special projects
• Collect receipts and assist with processing expense reports
• Assist with account receivable collections
• Gather data and produce PowerPoint presentations for management meetings
• Perform testing of NS2 financial system as required
• Create, execute and report on results of surveys to internal customers about Finance Team performance
• Improve and document finance processes as required, automating whenever possible. This includes enhancing any excel schedules such as pricing tools, P&L reporting, and variance tracking
• Assist with General Ledger postings under the NS2 Controller’s guidance

 

Education Requirements:

• Finance or Accounting major working towards a college degree or a recent college graduate
• Must have PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills to include knowledge of Macros, VLOOKUPS, and pivot tables
• IT background is helpful
• Experience with SAP is helpful and preferred
• Mobility
• 0-10% Travel
