We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst – HR Digital Enablement to join our dynamic Human Resources Team. The ideal Candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS). In addition, this position will drive the adoption and optimization of digital HR tools and processes, maximizing seamless integration and user experience. This role is critical in contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our HR functions via digital innovation and the enhancement of employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Digital Tool and Platform Management
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of HR Digital tools and platforms.
- Play a pivotal role in the governance of data integrity, accuracy, and security within the HR Digital platforms.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data quality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
System Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and streamline HR processes.
- Develop and implement system upgrades, enhancements and new features in HR Digital tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize integrations with other business systems.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR operations and strategy.
User Support and Training
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for HRIS users to ensure effective utilization of the systems.
- Work in partnership with IT to facilitate resolution of system issues in a timely manner.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage digital enablement projects, including system implementations, upgrades and integrations.
- Develop plans and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Compliance & Security:
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as data privacy laws and industry standards.
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes impacting HRIS.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive HR data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in HR Digital tools and platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Digital Enablement.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Project Management experience with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Workday or Cornerstone a plus.
