Job Description

Role Mission

The Back Server will support Gucci Osteria in providing all guests a high-quality experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Optimal and timely delivery of food and beverages, offering fast, but professional service;
• Mise en place accurate and timely preparation with a strong attention to detail;
• Responsible for the daily preparation and maintenance of the front of house, in a timely and accurate manner;
• Extra operational support when needed;
• Always ensure a clean work environment.

Key Requirements

• At least one year experience in the hospitality industry;
• Previous experience in luxury contexts highly desirable;
• Must be fluent in English;
• Professional appearance and grooming;
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Must be spontaneous and genuine, with the ability to be discreet and professional;
• Accustomed to working in a fast paced, luxury environment with multiple priorities;
• Must be a team-player;
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends, and holidays;
• Certification of Food Handlers License.
